Trailer: Knock On The Roof at Traverse

I recently filmed a trailer for A Knock on the Roof at the Traverse. The show is written and performed by Khawla Ibraheem and directed by Oliver Butler. It tells the story of Mariam, a young mother in Gaza, who learns to respond to the “knock on the roof” warnings before bombs fall. It is incredibly moving and brings home the true human cost of life under the terrifying conditions in Gaza.
