Christmas Open House at Sculpture House, Paisley

This shoot really helped me get into the Christmas spirit! I was at the Christmas Open House at Sculpture House in Paisley. If you haven't come across Sculpture House, it's an arts charity founded by artists Laura Aldridge, Nick Evans and James Rigler, based in a converted Victorian villa where a team of seven professional artists' studios sit side by side with free community workshops and creative programmes. It's one of the most joyful, generous places I've ever had the pleasure of working in.

The Open House was a chance for the community to come together and see artwork created by young people through Sculpture House's outreach and participation programmes, as well as work by the resident artists in their studios. It had the warmth and energy of a proper Christmas party, which is exactly what it was.

Every neighbourhood deserves a place like this. Huge thanks to the whole Sculpture House team for having me along.
